Event Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Community Service Projects - Bingo Tournament is open to individuals of all ages.

Participants must arrive at 453 Ferrell St, Clinton, NC, by the designated start time for registration.

Bingo games will commence at 2:18 PM on November 27th, 2024, and will continue uninterrupted for 24 hours until 2:18 PM on November 28th, 2024.

All attendees are encouraged to engage in a spirit of camaraderie and community support throughout the event.

Prizes will be awarded to winners, and all proceeds from the tournament will go directly to local community initiatives. Attendees acknowledge that their participation contributes to these charitable efforts.

Participants must respect the event venue and fellow attendees, adhering to all rules and guidelines set forth by the event organizers. Disruptive behavior may result in disqualification from the tournament.

By attending the event, participants consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the tournament for promotional purposes.

Refunds will not be issued for registration fees post the event date. All sales are final.

Event organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event in case of unforeseen circumstances, with all participants being notified as soon as possible.
