Event Terms and Conditions

Participation in the Animal Welfare - Pet Adoption Events is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Event Dates: The event will take place from November 27 to November 30, 2024, at 4057 Holly Ct, Weston, FL.

Timings: The event will open daily from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM. Attendees are encouraged to arrive within these hours to ensure the best experience.

Adoption Process: Interested individuals must complete an adoption application form. Approval is subject to the event organizers’ review, ensuring the match is suitable for both the pet and the adopter.

Age Requirement: All adopters must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a guardian.

Pet Care: Once an adoption is finalized, the new owner agrees to provide adequate care, nutrition, and medical attention for the adopted pet.

Event Conduct: Attendees must treat all animals and event staff with respect and kindness. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

Liability Waiver: Attendees agree to release the event organizers from any liability regarding personal injury or property damage occurring during the event.

Promotional Use: By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their likeness in promotional materials related to the event and animal welfare initiatives.
