Terms and Conditions for Community Service Projects - Bingo Tournament

• Participation in the Bingo Tournament is open to individuals of all ages. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

• The event will be held from December 12 to December 15, 2024, at 4057 Holly Cove Dr, Chesapeake, VA, and will run daily from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

• All participants must register before participating in the tournament. Registration can be completed online or at the event venue.

• Participants are encouraged to bring their own bingo dabbers or markers. Limited supplies will be available on-site.

• Winning participants will be awarded prizes, which will be announced prior to the start of each game. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• By participating, attendees grant permission for their images to be used in promotional materials related to the event.

• Refreshments will be available for purchase, and all proceeds will go towards funding community service projects.

• Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner. Any disruptive behavior may result in disqualification from the tournament.

• The organizers reserve the right to cancel or modify the event due to unforeseen circumstances, with updates provided through official channels.
