Attendance at the event is limited to registered participants only. Registration must be completed prior to January 15, 2025.
The event will take place on January 29, 2025, from 2:00 PM to 11:45 PM at 12298 Commercial Way, Brooksville, FL.
All attendees must comply with the venue's safety and COVID-19 health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Attendees agree to behave respectfully and courteously throughout the event. Disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the event without a refund.
Delicious seasonal treats and refreshments will be provided; however, attendees with specific dietary needs must inform the organizers prior to the event.
The organizers reserve the right to change the venue or modify event timing, should unforeseen circumstances arise.
By attending the event, participants grant the organizers permission to use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
Personal belongings brought to the event are the sole responsibility of the attendee. The organizers are not liable for lost or stolen items.
