Event Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Endurance - Mountain Bike Races

Participant Eligibility
All participants must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to participate in the Mountain Bike Races.

Registration
Participants must register online prior to the event. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Waiver of Liability
All participants are required to sign a waiver releasing the organizers, sponsors, and volunteers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the event.

Safety Equipment
Helmets are mandatory for all participants. Additional safety gear, such as gloves and padding, is highly recommended.

Event Timing
The Mountain Bike Races will take place on March 8, 2025, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Participants should arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time for check-in.

Course Conditions
Participants will navigate various trails. The organizers reserve the right to modify the course based on weather and safety conditions.

Spectator Policy
Spectators are encouraged to attend and cheer on participants. All spectators must follow event guidelines to ensure safety and enjoyment.

Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to display good sportsmanship and respect towards fellow cyclists and event staff at all times. Disruptive behavior may lead to disqualification.

Photography and Media Release
By participating, attendees grant permission for the event organizers to use photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
