Event Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Adventure and Outdoor Events - Kayaking and Canoeing

• Participants must be at least 12 years old to join the kayaking and canoeing event. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
• All participants are required to sign a liability waiver prior to participating in the event.
• Life jackets will be provided and must be worn at all times during the kayaking activities.
• It is essential for participants to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event start time for check-in and safety briefing.
• The event will take place rain or shine; however, if severe weather occurs that poses a safety risk, the event may be rescheduled.
• Participants must follow all instructions provided by event organizers and staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Participants are encouraged to dress appropriately for outdoor activities and bring personal items such as sunscreen, hats, and water bottles.
• Any form of littering or damage to the environment is strictly prohibited.
• The event organizers reserve the right to deny participation to any individual for safety or behavioral reasons.
• By participating in this event, participants consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

kayaking will start from the mathesson park and will finish in 2 miles where the river ends
