Event Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Education and Literacy - Tutoring Programs - Volunteers Required

• Eligibility: Volunteers must be at least 18 years old and able to commit to the event date of April 24, 2025.

• Registration: All volunteers are required to register in advance through the designated platform. Limited spots are available, and registration will close once capacity is reached.

• Attendance: Volunteers must arrive at the venue, 12345 Adventure Dr, Riverview, FL, by 3:15 PM for a briefing session. Late arrivals may not be permitted to volunteer.

• Conduct: Volunteers are expected to maintain a respectful and supportive environment for all participants. Inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.

• Training: Volunteers will receive preliminary training on tutoring methods. Participation in this training is mandatory to ensure effective mentoring.

• Waiver: By registering, volunteers accept that they are participating at their own risk and release the organizers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the event.

• Communication: Updates regarding the event will be communicated via email. Volunteers must provide a valid email address upon registration.

• Cancellation Policy: If unable to attend after registration, volunteers must inform the organizers at least 48 hours before the event to allow for adjustments.
