Terms and Conditions for Family and Kids Events - Treasure Hunts
All participants must register in advance for the event to secure their spot. Limited availability applies.
The event will run from April 30th to May 3rd, 2025, at 12801 W Sunrise Blvd, Sunrise, FL 33323. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in.
Participants must be accompanied by an adult guardian for the duration of the event. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s safety.
All clues and challenges are designed for family-friendly enjoyment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the event.
A waiver must be signed by all participants, acknowledging the adventurous nature of the treasure hunt and the acceptance of any inherent risks.
Refunds will only be issued if cancellation occurs at least 7 days before the event. No refunds will be available for last-minute cancellations.
Photography and videography may occur throughout the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to having your image used in future marketing materials.
The event organizers reserve the right to modify event details, including schedule changes or cancellation, due to unforeseen circumstances.
