Terms and Conditions for Team Building Events - Company Sports Days
Event Participation: Attendance at the Company Sports event on May 23, 2025, is open to all employees, and prior registration is required.
Time and Date: The event will be held from 10:00 am to 11:45 pm at 12209 Commercial Way, Spring Hill, FL 34613, USA. Participants are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
Conduct: Participants are expected to exhibit sportsmanship, respect, and teamwork throughout the event. Disrespectful behavior or harassment will not be tolerated.
Liability Waiver: By participating, attendees agree to waive any claims against the organizers for any injuries or damages that may occur during the event.
