Terms and Conditions for Endurance - 5K Run
Participants must register in advance to secure a spot in the Hello 5K event on July 4, 2025.
All participants should arrive at the event location, 13451 SW 26th St, Miramar, FL, by 6:30 am for check-in and safety briefings.
This event is open to individuals of all fitness levels; however, participants are encouraged to assess their own fitness levels before joining the run.
Participants must wear the official event bib number provided at check-in for identification purposes during the race.
All participants must adhere to the designated race route and follow instructions from event staff and volunteers for safety and organization.
Hydration stations will be provided along the route; participants are encouraged to stay hydrated throughout the event.
The event will take place rain or shine; if severe weather conditions arise, the event may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the organizers.
By participating in the Hello 5K, individuals agree to give organizers permission to use their photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
No outside vehicles or pets are allowed on the race course for safety and injury prevention.
Participants acknowledge that they enter the event at their own risk and release the organizers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the event.
