Terms and Conditions for Endurance - 5K Run

• Participants must register in advance to secure a spot in the Hello 5K event on July 4, 2025.

• All participants should arrive at the event location, 13451 SW 26th St, Miramar, FL, by 6:30 am for check-in and safety briefings.

• This event is open to individuals of all fitness levels; however, participants are encouraged to assess their own fitness levels before joining the run.

• Participants must wear the official event bib number provided at check-in for identification purposes during the race.

• All participants must adhere to the designated race route and follow instructions from event staff and volunteers for safety and organization.

• Hydration stations will be provided along the route; participants are encouraged to stay hydrated throughout the event.

• The event will take place rain or shine; if severe weather conditions arise, the event may be postponed or canceled at the discretion of the organizers.

• By participating in the Hello 5K, individuals agree to give organizers permission to use their photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

• No outside vehicles or pets are allowed on the race course for safety and injury prevention.

• Participants acknowledge that they enter the event at their own risk and release the organizers from any liability for injuries or damages incurred during the event.
