Terms and Conditions for the Artistic Workshops Event
Participation Requirements: All attendees must register in advance to secure their spot. Spaces are limited, and registration may close once capacity is reached.
Age Restrictions: Participants must be at least 16 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the workshop.
Workshop Schedule: The workshop runs daily from June 11 to July 10, 2025, from 11:45 AM to midnight. Attendees should arrive on time and adhere to the schedule to maximize their experience.
Materials: All necessary materials will be provided; however, participants are encouraged to bring any personal supplies they wish to use.
Photography and Videography: By attending the workshop, participants consent to being photographed or recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the organizers upon arrival.
Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least one week prior to the event start date for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this period.
Health and Safety: Participants must adhere to all health and safety guidelines as defined by the venue and local regulations.
Liability Waiver: Participants agree to waive any liability claims against the organizers for any injuries or damages incurred during the workshop.
Conduct: Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior will result in expulsion from the workshop without a refund.
