Event Terms and Conditions

  • Valid Booking: Players must have a valid court booking/registration and report before the scheduled match time.
  • Proper Sportswear: Players must wear appropriate tennis/sports clothing and suitable non-marking tennis shoes.
  • Time & Court Rules: Players must follow the allotted court time and vacate the court promptly after the match.
  • Safety & Conduct: Players must maintain sportsmanship, follow complex rules, keep the court clean, and play safely at their own risk.

Match Format

  • Match Type: Singles, Doubles, or Mixed Doubles can be played depending on the tournament category.
  • Match Format: Best of 3 sets — the player/team winning 2 sets wins the match.

Privacy Policy

Data Protection: Personal information will be stored securely and will not be shared with unrelated third parties except where required for tournament operations, legal obligations, or authorized services. 

Liability Waiver

  • Facility & Equipment: Players agree to use the tennis court and equipment responsibly and follow all safety instructions and sports-complex rules.
  • Medical & Emergency Responsibility: Players should ensure they are physically fit to participate and should immediately report any injury or unsafe condition to the event organizer or sports-complex staff.

Refund Policy (if applicable)

  1. Cancellation Before Deadline: Players can request a refund if they cancel their registration before the announced cancellation/registration deadline.
  2. Late Cancellation & No-Show: No refund will be provided for late cancellations, player withdrawal after the deadline, or failure to attend the scheduled match.
  3. Match Cancellation: If the tournament is cancelled by the organizer due to weather, court issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, players may receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
  4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to payment gateway/bank processing times.

  • Cancellation by Player: Players may cancel their registration before the specified cancellation deadline. Any refund will be subject to the tournament's refund rules.
  • Late Cancellation / No-Show: Cancellations made after the deadline or failure to attend the scheduled match may result in no refund and loss of the registration fee.
  • Match Cancellation by Organizer: The organizer may cancel or reschedule a match due to bad weather, unsafe court conditions, facility issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Tournament Rules

  1. Player Check-in: All players must report and complete check-in at least 15 minutes before their scheduled match.
  2. Scoring & Match Format: Matches will follow the announced format and scoring system. Players must follow the official score and tie-break rules.
  3. Punctuality & Walkover: Players who fail to appear within the specified time after their match is called may receive a walkover/loss.
  4. Sportsmanship: Players must maintain fair play and respectful behavior toward opponents, officials, and other participants. Abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in penalties or disqualification.
  5. Equipment & Court: Players must use approved tennis equipment and follow all court and sports-complex safety rules.
  6. Disputes & Decisions: Any match-related dispute should be reported to the tournament official. The official's decision regarding match administration will be final, subject to the tournament's stated appeal process.

Equipment Requirements

  • Tennis Racket: Each player must use a suitable tennis racket that is in good playing condition and compliant with standard tennis regulations.
  • Tennis Balls: Match balls should be suitable for the court and match format. For official competitions, approved tennis balls are used.

Prize Information

  • Winner Prize: The winner/team will receive the announced championship trophy and/or cash prize.
  • Runner-Up Prize: The runner-up/team will receive a runner-up trophy, medal, or announced prize.
  • Prize Distribution: Prizes will be awarded after the final match during the official prize distribution ceremony.
