Event Terms and Conditions

Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to participate.

All participants should be adequately trained and in good health to manage the physical demands of the event.

Registration is required prior to the event date; no on-site registration will be accepted.

Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances.

Participants are responsible for providing their own cycling gear, including a properly functioning bicycle and safety equipment, such as helmets.

By registering for the event, participants grant permission for their likeness to be used in promotional materials related to the event.

All participants must follow the designated course and adhere to the directions of event staff and volunteers at all times.

Participants should be aware that all risks of participation in this event are assumed by the entrants, including possible injury or accident.

In case of inclement weather, the event may be delayed or rescheduled. Updates will be communicated through official channels.

Event organizers reserve the right to disqualify participants for unsporting behavior or non-compliance with event rules.
