Terms and Conditions for Endurance - Fun Runs

• Eligibility: The 1 Mile Children's Color Run is open to children of all ages. Participants under 18 must have parental consent to register.

• Registration: All participants must register online or at the venue prior to the event. Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Waiver and Release: By participating in the event, all participants agree to a waiver that releases the event organizers from liability due to any injuries or damages incurred during the run.

• Health and Safety: Participants are encouraged to consult a physician before engaging in any strenuous physical activity. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any participant deemed unfit for the event.

• Running Attire: Participants should wear suitable clothing and footwear. While color powder is safe, it is recommended to wear old clothing as stains may occur.

• Event Changes: The event may be postponed or canceled due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified via email.

• Photography: By participating, attendees consent to photographs and videos being taken during the event, which may be used for promotional purposes.

• Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Disruptive behavior may result in immediate removal from the event.

• Compliance: All participants must follow the instructions of event staff and adhere to the event's rules for a safe and enjoyable experience.
