Event Terms and Conditions for Endurance - 5K Run
Participants must be aware that this is a one-time endurance event occurring on May 23, 2025, at the designated location of 12355 S County Rd 39, Duette, FL.
All participants are required to register online prior to the event. Walk-up registrations will not be accepted.
Participants must be at least 12 years of age to enter without parental consent. Those under 12 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
By participating, entrants acknowledge the inherent risks of running and accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained during the event.
Start time for the run is 11:00 am, and all participants must arrive at least 30 minutes early for check-in and warm-up routines.
The event will take place rain or shine; however, the organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone due to unsafe conditions at any time.
Health and safety protocols will be enforced, including adequate hydration stations available along the route.
Participants consent to photographs and videos being taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless they notify organizers otherwise.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows.
We encourage all participants to respect the environment and dispose of waste properly throughout the event.
