Terms and Conditions for Endurance - 5K Run

Participants must be at least 16 years of age to register for the event.

Registration is mandatory for all participants, and fees are non-refundable.

Participants acknowledge the possibility of physical exertion and attest to being in good health.

All runners are required to follow the designated route and adhere to race-day instructions from event staff.

Participants should arrive at least one hour before the start time to ensure adequate warm-up and registration.

Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas; the event organizers are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

The event will occur rain or shine; extreme weather may lead to postponement or cancellation at the organizers' discretion.

Runners are encouraged to wear appropriate running attire and footwear to enhance their performance and safety.

All participants must sign a waiver acknowledging their understanding of risks associated with running and release the organizers from liability for any injuries sustained.

Photographs and videos may be taken during the event; participation implies consent for such media to be used for promotional purposes.
