Terms and Conditions for Animal Welfare - Pet Adoption Event

• Event Participation: Attendance is open to the general public. However, participants must comply with all event guidelines and volunteer instructions during their visit.

• Adoption Process: To adopt a dog, attendees must go through the official adoption process established by partnering shelters and rescue organizations. Proof of identification and previous pet ownership may be required.

• Health and Safety: All dogs available for adoption will be current on vaccinations and health checks. Attendees are encouraged to wash hands and maintain hygiene standards while interacting with animals.

• Liability Waiver: Participants acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their children and pets while at the event. The organizers will not be held liable for any injuries or incidents that may occur.

• Photography and Media: By attending the event, participants consent to being photographed or video recorded for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the event staff.

• Behavior Expectations: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards all animals, other attendees, and volunteers. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event.

• Weather Policy: The event will take place rain or shine. In the event of severe weather conditions, please check the event’s official channels for updates or rescheduling information.

• Event Schedule: The event is scheduled for March 20, 2025, from 7:37 AM to 8:15 PM. Please arrive on time, as there may be limited time to interact with available pets.
