Terms and Conditions for Endurance - Urban Cycling Events

• All participants must register prior to the event and provide accurate personal information during registration.

• Participants are required to wear appropriate safety gear, including helmets, during the cycling event for their safety.

• The event will take place rain or shine; however, in the event of severe weather, the organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the event.

• By participating, individuals accept responsibility for their own health and fitness level and acknowledge that they are capable of completing the cycling distance.

• Participants will be held liable for any damage or injury caused by negligence during the event.

• The organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings during the event.

• Participants are encouraged to respect each other and the environment, adhering to all local cycling laws and regulations.

• Photography and video recording may occur during the event. By participating, you consent to your image or likeness being used for promotional and marketing purposes.

• A refund policy is in place for cancellations made at least one week before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after this period.

• The organizers reserve the right to modify the route and schedule if necessary for safety or logistical reasons.
