Terms and Conditions for Endurance - 5K Run

• Participant Eligibility: All participants must be at least 12 years of age to enter the 5K run. Minors must have parental or guardian consent.

• Registration Requirements: Registration is required to participate in the event. Participants must complete the registration form accurately and pay any applicable fees by the designated deadline.

• Event Timing: The 5K run will take place on April 4, 2025, starting at 8:51 am and ending by 10:30 am. Participants must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the start time for check-in.

• Health and Safety: Participants should be in good health and must consult a physician prior to joining the event. The organizers may disqualify any participant deemed unfit to participate.

• Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to display sportsmanship and respect towards fellow runners and event staff. Misconduct may result in disqualification.

• Weather Conditions: The event will take place rain or shine, but organizers reserve the right to cancel or postpone in extreme weather conditions.

• Liability Waiver: By registering for the event, participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with running, and agree to waive any liability towards the organizers due to injuries or damages incurred during the event.

• Photo Consent: Participants grant permission for the use of their photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.

• Amendments: The organizers reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions as needed, and participants will be informed of any changes.
