Terms and Conditions for Endurance - Mountain Bike Races
Participation is open to individuals of all skill levels, including both seasoned athletes and newcomers.
All participants must register online before the event date. Registration details will be provided on the event website.
Participants must arrive at the venue (Adventure Wy, Orlando, FL) no later than 8:00 AM on May 6, 2025, for check-in and safety instructions.
Participants are solely responsible for their own health and fitness levels to undertake the race. It is advised to seek medical advice prior to participation.
Helmets are mandatory for all participants during the race. Failure to wear a helmet will result in disqualification.
All participants must adhere to the race course guidelines and follow directions provided by event organizers and marshals.
Participants will be required to sign a waiver of liability, acknowledging the risks associated with participation in the mountain biking event.
The event will occur rain or shine; however, organizers reserve the right to postpone or cancel the race in extreme weather conditions.
By participating, attendees give permission for photographs and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes.
