Event Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions for Endurance - Aquathlon

Participation in the Aquathlon is open to athletes of all levels. All participants must register in advance and pay the applicable fee to secure their spot in the event.

Each participant must complete a liability waiver before the event. This waiver acknowledges the inherent risks associated with endurance sports.

All participants are required to check-in at the registration desk between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM on the day of the event. Late arrivals may forfeit their participation.

Swimming and running distances will be provided in advance. Participants must adhere to the designated course to ensure their safety and the safety of others.

Participants are encouraged to wear appropriate swim gear and running shoes. The event organizers are not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.

Medical assistance will be available on-site. If a participant is injured or feels unwell, they should seek immediate help from event staff.

Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials.

Refunds will not be issued for cancellations or no-shows; however, registrations may be transferred to another participant before the event deadline.
